- What if there is no rider accepts my order?
MilkRun will notify all of the riders near you, and as long as an order hasn’t been picked up, we will keep looking for you! You can also try adding a tip to make the delivery fee more attractive for delivery partners. - What happens if the assigned rider does not show up at the pick-up location?
Please allow some time for the rider to arrive at your location. You can also call the rider from the App to contact him/her directly. You can also cancel the order and look for a new rider. - How do I make sure the right item has been delivered?
MilkRun will generate a unique ID for you, please match this ID with the rider before passing the food to the rider. You may also check the delivery proof uploaded by the rider in the app to verify if the item has been delivered correctly. - How do I find out when the delivery has been made?
You will get notified when the delivery has safely arrived. The rider will take a picture of the food so you can see the condition that it has arrived in. - How do I contact the rider making the delivery?
The rider’s contact details are in the App. You can call the rider to check on his status at any time. - When do I pay for the delivery?
Please top-up your MilkRun account balance and ensure there is sufficient balance in the account to proceed with delivery booking. - Who pays for the delivery?
Typically, the delivery fee is passed onto your customer. With MilkRun, you can choose to pass on those charges or pay for the delivery yourself. - How do I get help?
You can submit a request form and provide the necessary details about your order. Our agents will respond to your ticket once they receive them. - How do I update my contact details?
Please go to the account settings page to update your contacts. - How is MilkRun better than other delivery providers?
We are here to help, so we have built a low-cost app to match food merchants with freelance riders! We do not charge a percentage commission, and instead only charge a low fixed platform service fee.
