How to use Merchant Portal?

A web portal for merchant to use

Merchant portal is a web version of the MilkRun App. Merchant can access the portal via this link.

Functions:

1. Place an order - same as the mobile app
2. Tracking orders based on order status (Ongoing, Upcoming, Completed, Incompleted)
   • With delivery partner real-time location tracking function
3. Monthly Statement
   • You can download the monthly statement for the recent 6 months
4. Account balance
   • Check your remaining account balance
   • Add bank card
   • Top-up through bank card or PayNow
