How to book a rider as a merchant

- Pick-up location: registered address as the default, and you can change the information accordingly
- Drop-off location: key in drop-off location, contact number and recipient name, leave a note if necessary.
- Add more drop-offs: click "Add a Drop-off" to add drop-offs after saving the last one. (For customized Multi-Drop Delivery, please read here)
- Car or non-car order: choose "Car only" to allow only car drivers to accept your order
- SMS to your customer: an SMS with a tracking URL will be sent to the customer once the order has been picked up. A $0.10 fee will be charged for each drop-off location.
- Deliver now or schedule a delivery: deliver now and you will receive a notification when a delivery partner accepts your order. You can book a delivery order 7 days in advance.
- ETA: you can check the ETA to pick up and drop off on the order detail page
- Delivery proof: you will receive a delivery proof when an order is completed
