Everything you need to know before you start booking riders in MilkRun App!
Dear merchant, thanks for choosing MilkRun as your third-party delivery partner!
To help you familiar with app functions, please read the below guidance to have an overview of how does the App work and things you need to take note of.
- Top-up
- After signing up, please go to the "Account Balance" page to top up your account.
- Two available payment methods: Credit/ Debit card or PayNow
- Book a rider
- Pick-up location
- Drop-off location
- Add a drop-off
- Choose car or non-car order
- SMS to your customer
- Damage coverage
- Deliver now or schedule a delivery
- Merchant portal (link) to real-time tracking your order
- Check ETA
- Receive a delivery proof
- Cancellation fee
A cancellation fee will be imposed if you cancel an on-demand order after 5 min upon a delivery partner acceptance, and within 2 hours of the expected pick-up time for scheduled orders. - Add a tip
What if you have an urgent order or have been waiting for a long time for delivery partners to accept? Try adding a tip to make the delivery fee more attractive and higher the acceptance rate. - Settings
You can change the below settings on the "Profile" page:- Outlet information
- Contact number
- Language (English and Chinese)
- Vehicle options (tick it to allow bicycle and walker to accept your orders)
- Forget/ Change password
Click "forget password" on the sign-in page. You will receive a triggered password resetting email in your registered email address.
