- How do I start a delivery?
MilkRun will notify all of the riders who are nearby the food merchant, and the first person to accept the order gets the job. - How do I pick up the delivery order from the merchant?
MilkRun will generate the direction to guide you to the merchant. If you are unsure of the location, you can call the merchant from our App. When you have arrived at the pick-up location, please check the order ID with the staff before taking the food. Swipe right to confirm the order has been picked up. - How do I complete an order?
Once you have picked up an order, MilkRun’s map icon will direct you from your location to the destination. If you are unsure about the destination, you can call the customer directly from the MilkRun app. To complete the order, please take a picture of the food when it is delivered. - What do I do if the eater is unreachable?
Please contact the merchant from the MilkRun app about what to do. You can typically leave the food order at the guardhouse, or in front of the doorstep, upon confirmation with merchants. - How and when do I get paid?
Upon withdrawal, the MilkRun finance team will process on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of every week (if they are not a public holiday) via GIRO. Bank usually takes up to 3 business working days to process GIRO:- For requests made during the previous week Friday to Sunday, processing will be done on the current week Monday, provided it is a business working day
- For requests made for the current week Monday to Tuesday, processing will be done on the current week Wednesday, provided it is a business working day
- For requests made for the current week Wednesday to Thursday, processing will be done on the current week Friday, provided it is a business working day
- How do I update my contact details?

We are here to help, so we have built a low-cost app to match food merchants with freelance riders! We do not charge a percentage commission, and instead only charge a low fixed platform service fee.
